Autumn excavator maintenance tips
In the eyes of the majority of diggers
Excavators are also alive
In the gradually drier climate and in the autumn when the temperature difference between morning and evening is large
Excavators are also affected by the weather just like our bodies
If we don't want our excavator to get sick
Don't want to spend money to repair it
We need careful maintenance and care
Check electrical wiring regularly
1. Excavator electrical appliances and lines should be checked frequently. If they are found to be damaged, damaged or aged, they must be replaced in time to prevent electrical circuits from short-circuiting and causing fire.
2. To keep the wire connectors clean and fastened firmly, check the wires for looseness or damage every day, and tighten the loose connectors.
Check the tubing regularly
1. It is strictly forbidden to weld the machine without isolating the hydraulic oil pipeline and the fuel pipeline.
2. To prevent fire caused by hydraulic lines, check that all hoses and pipe clamps, shields and cushions are firmly fixed in place. If they are loose, they will vibrate and rub against other components during operation. Resulting in hose damage, high pressure oil spraying, fire hazard or serious injury.
Check for flammable substances regularly
1. No flammable items should be placed inside the excavator to prevent fire.
2. Remove leaves, wood chips, paper chips and other flammable materials that accumulate or stick to the engine, exhaust pipe, muffler and engine compartment in time.
3. Do not place oil-soaked rags in the machine to avoid spontaneous fire and burning.
4. The battery should be kept away from the fire source and avoid high temperature, otherwise it will cause an explosion.
hint
1. The driver should configure a fire extinguisher in the aircraft and keep it within easy reach.
2. For excavators with a sealed cab, check the tightness of the middle partition to prevent the engine exhaust gas from entering the cab and causing the driver to be poisoned.
3. It is strictly forbidden to work in areas with poor ventilation to prevent the driver from suffocating.
4. In the event of a fire, do not use water to put out the fire. Use a powder fire extinguisher or sand to suppress the fire. You can also use a covering or tarp to put out the fire.
