Hydraulic Traveling Rotation System

Before starting work, we need to replace hydraulic oil, oil return filter element and pilot filter element according to the maintenance cycle. If there are more impurities on the hammer or filter element, the replacement period should be shortened and long-term oil shortage operation should not be avoided.

Rotating and running equipment also need to change gear oil periodically, check pin shaft bolts for looseness, falling off, missing and tighten in time before starting work every day.

Dust-proof oil seal for pin shaft

Usually after several years of use of excavator, pin shaft of operation system will be worn, especially equipment with insufficient grease application in time, and the wear will be more serious. At this time, we need to replace pin shaft and dust-proof oil seal in time.

In some long-term cooperative projects, many sites will supply oil on site in order to improve efficiency and solve cost, but sometimes the quality of diesel fuel will be affected due to storage environment and other reasons. Gear oil of walking motor needs to be replaced in about 500 hours, and garbage and soil on the walking motor need to
